Stairs lead to first floor galleried landing where there are three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom off.
The villa is furnished to a high standard, tastefully decorated and well equipped throughout, benefiting from modern appliances. Satellite TV , Internet and a music system. All main areas benefit from central heating. and air conditioning in the four rooms. -OUTDOORS

Close to the kitchen there is another covered terrace, having an ornamental wishing well, table and chairs and a brick built barbeque to enjoy ´alfresco´ dining. Steps from here give acces to the open sun terraces that surround a 10m. x 5m. swimming pool, which has roman steps making it more suitable for children and the elderly. There is a pool side shower, extensive mature gardens with lawns to the front and rear, with palm trees and olive trees to give shade.
The close proximity to all amenities make this an ideal location for a relaxing holiday.

Villa Esperanza is set in mature and private gardens in a quiet location between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The house is traditionally furnished in rustic style and offers charming accommodation for a large family or groups of friends.

Villa Fran offers peace and tranquillity in the country side near Port Pollensa. A few metres away are Villas Picarol Gran and Picarol Petit making these three villas ideal for large families of group of friend that wish to be much closed.

The villa is approached down a private gated driveway. There is a covered parking area here to keep your car even in high summer. The villa is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens with lots of flowers and fruit trees. Tall trees shade the lawns around the raised swimming pool and there are nice views across the lovely mountains that surround the area of Pollensa and Port Pollensa. There is a raised pool that can only be accessed by exterior steps. These steps are gated, which is a safety plus when there are small children in the party.

Inside, the villa is all on one level. The design is simple and uncluttered with white walls and tiled floors. There is an open-plan living and dining room with satellite television, DVD and cod player and a fully equipped fitted kitchen. There is one double bedroom and a twin both bedrooms are sharing a full bathroom. All the bedrooms have been fitted with modern air-conditioning units.

Villa Fran is a lovely villa in a wonderful location in the country side. It`s completely peaceful here and yet beaches are only a few minutes` drive away. The Port of Puerto Pollensa and Pollensa old town are just ten minutes` drive from here too.

Villa Piedra is a wonderful Majorcan semi detached country house placed in the beautiful area of Boquer, very close to Port Pollensa and its beaches. The villa has been renovated as a holiday home and the work has been done with a great sensitivity to the buildings` original design and decoration.

The great mountains at the back make a dramatic backdrop; the villa is cool and rustic with thick stone walls, high beamed ceilings, and original tiled floors. There is some beautiful antique Majorcan furniture here, some of it original to the house.

On the ground floor there is a spacious rustic lounge and dining room, which is reached by an exterior doorway. The kitchen combines traditional design with the latest fittings such as electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Double doors lead out onto the barbecue area and exterior terraces with views of the mountains beyond. One exterior full bathroom is also situated near the barbecue area.

The bedrooms are all upstairs and they consist of two twins one (of them with an en suite full bathroom) and a double bedroom. A further full bathroom completes this upper level of the villa.

The garden and pool are really well designed. Stone sun-terraces run round a rectangular pool with plants pots around it. The views from the pool area are amazing, overlooking the whole resort of Port Pollensa.

Villa Piedra is a really wonderful farm house with lots of historic character. It is a lovely place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday with a group of friends or family. It is in some of the most impressive countryside on Mallorca and so it also makes a good base for walking, bird-watching, sketching and cycling. The historic town of Pollensa is also just a 10-minute drive from here, and the beach and sea at Puerto Pollensa at only 10 minutes walk.

The house is set in a large garden with lots of fruit trees and plants and has excellent views towards the Serra de Tramontana mountains.
