The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and very nice mountain views.

The villas open plan living/dining area is a welcoming room with terracotta tiles underfoot, exposed ceiling beams and walls painted in traditional white. Two sofas are grouped around the fireplace at the mid point of the room which has a raised hearth and large chimney breast.
