Villa Font March is set amongst a natural small wood with fragrant pines trees and oaks. It is situated in the edge of La Font area very close to the town of Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the beach resort of Port Pollensa.

This simple and comfortable cottage is a great holiday base, is all in one level and has a lovely mosaic kidney shape swimming pool which is surrounded by bushes, young oak trees and pine trees. The lateral terrace has a pergola which in the summer is totally covered with plants making ideal to cool down during the hot evenings of the summer.
Inside, the villa is simply designed with white walls, tiled floors, beamed ceilings and traditional wooden furnishings. The small kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double which has a traditional Majorcan antique bed with carved wood work and French doors opening out onto the front terrace. Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and superb mountain views.

The villas open plan living/dining area is a delightful and welcoming room with terracotta tiles underfoot, exposed ceiling beams and walls painted in traditional white. Villa Negri II is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. In the ground floor we can find a comfortable living/dining area, furnished with sofas gathered around a coffee table and a Satellite TV. The living accommodation gives the villa a traditional air, with its wooden beamed ceilings sloping overhead and pale tiled floors. There is dining table with chairs to seat six people, which is conveniently located just next to the galley kitchen, and open plan stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft on the first floor. Ca´n Ciutadá is situated in the pretty Valley of Colonya, a few minutes by car of the center of the town of Pollença. The village is decorated in a traditional Majorcan style. The outside is completely paved and the property is comprised of two terraces. A small stair conducts us to one of these terraces, Since which we can enjoy some beautiful views of the mountains and of the valley.

This lovely little stone farmhouse has lots of original features and character. It has been renovated with lots of style and it is in a wonderful location with stunning views towards the Puig de Maria hill, just at a few minutes drive to the beautiful Roman town of Pollensa.
