Spacious apartment situated in the very historic heart of Pollença town, at the bottom of the Calvario steps. The location could not be better, nor the views. Rustic finca estate at 4 km distance from Felanitx with a plot of 120.000 m² populated by pine, carob, fig trees, holms etc.
There a two natural founds on the land which carry water all year through - one of these provides water for the old 'safareig' converted into a pool of 20 x 12 m.

The house itself has 420 m² of living space on two floors.
On ground level you´ll find the entrance hall, and 2 bedrooms with a double bed each one (one with bathroom en suite, the other one with a separate bathroom).
Apart from that there is a dining room with a large table and two living rooms on diferent levels with a fireplace.
All the rooms have access to different areas on the terrace and roofed terrace: a table with 6 chair on the roofed part, a table with 4 chairs under the bower and sun beds and rocking chairs on the open part.
On groundfloor level there also is the kitchen with its antique fireplace with bricket benches. It has a gas hearth with a big oven, fridge, dish washer, a very big table with benches, microwave and all the necessary kitchen utilities. Also there is a tab directly fto the rainwater reservoir for drinkiing water purposes.

On first floor level there is another living room with its fireplace and two settees and three more bedrooms, all of them with their own bathroom en suite (two with a double bed, one with two single beds).

The house disposes of underfloor heating.
The pool is located at about 100 m distance rom the house and is surrounded by a huge lawn area with sun beds for sunbathing.
There also is an orchard with a big variety of fruit trees.

Villa Andreu is a charming and very traditional single storey villa just a few minutes away from the old town of Pollensa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with cherry trees, cypress and other Mediterranean plants. Set amongst a lawn area is the lovely swimming pool.

The villa is simple and practical with stone walls, traditional furniture and terracotta floor tiles. In the lounge dining room there is a comfortable seating area with sofas, satellite TV, DVD and CD players. There is also a wood burning stove for cosy evenings on the cooler months. Villa Negri I a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The exterior of villa Negri I is a good place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.

? Type 1 apartments have a twin bedroom, but with capacity for 4 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. There are 8 type 1 apartments, all placed in the main building. These apartments are nº 1-4-5-6-7-8-9-12.
? Type 2 apartments have a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, but with capacity for 5 people, since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge are. There are 4 type 2 apartments, all placed in the main building.These are nº 2-3-10-11.
? Type 3 apartments hav two twin bedrooms, but with capacity for 6 people since two sofa beds are provided in the lounge area. They are all placed in the annexe building. These are nº13-14-15-16.

Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Sa Torre is a magnificent property with a spacious, new landhouse. It consists of five bedrooms: two of them with doble beds and their own, private bathrooms, one of them furnished with a jacuzzi, the other one has got a round bathtub, a small dressing room with a wardrobe, and the other two doble bedrooms are furnished with two single beds each and have their private bathrooms, too; furthermore a room with a bunk bed and a chaise longue in the living-room, which can be used for additional guests. There are two large living-rooms, one of them is equipped with SAT-TV and a music set, the other one, a living - dining room, is fitted out with an open fire place and a beautyful, big teak table for 12 dinner guests. Both living rooms have been constructed with large windows, so the rooms are full of light allowing views of the terrace and the garden. Villa Font March is set amongst a natural small wood with fragrant pines trees and oaks. It is situated in the edge of La Font area very close to the town of Pollensa and just a few minutes drive to the beach resort of Port Pollensa.

This simple and comfortable cottage is a great holiday base, is all in one level and has a lovely mosaic kidney shape swimming pool which is surrounded by bushes, young oak trees and pine trees. The lateral terrace has a pergola which in the summer is totally covered with plants making ideal to cool down during the hot evenings of the summer.
Inside, the villa is simply designed with white walls, tiled floors, beamed ceilings and traditional wooden furnishings. The small kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms, one double which has a traditional Majorcan antique bed with carved wood work and French doors opening out onto the front terrace. These are fantastic contemporary apartments in a lovely brand new complex in the quiet residential area of Cala San Vicente. There are just eight apartments, all brand new and all are in two levels. All the apartments have sea view except one, they also have three bedrooms which can be either twins or doubles that can share bathrooms or have its en suite ones. The apartments also share a lovely swimming pool.
The apartments are full or modern design, bright and with white spotlighting, and modern furniture in neutral trendy colours. The rooms are all light and bright; most of them have wardrobes and are air conditioned.
The leaving areas are most open with well planned kitchens with lots of workspaces and storages and with appliances such as dishwashers, washing machines, microwaves, ceramic hobs and large fridge freezers. The seating areas are furnished very modern too and are totally equipped with sofas, coffee tables, flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player plus a CD player. Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and superb mountain views.

The villas open plan living/dining area is a delightful and welcoming room with terracotta tiles underfoot, exposed ceiling beams and walls painted in traditional white. Two comfy sofas are grouped around the fireplace at the mid point of the room which has a raised hearth and large chimney breast. The television with some satellite channels and a DVD player is nestled in an alcove under the stairs. A wooden staircase leads from the living room to a galleried upstairs sitting room which is a great place to curl up with a good book or enjoy a few quiet moments over a cup of coffee. The villa was built in two levels, on the ground floor there is a lounge area with a fire place and rocking chairs. Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels and a doctor surgery grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.

A five minutes drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful, historic Old town of Pollensa.

Pinos altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards to the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. All apartments have a comfortable lounge/dining area with satellite TV, and open plan kitchens with microwave and electric hob rings together with fridge/freezers. Fans are also provided (one per bedroom), and all apartments have furnished balconies or terraces (14 of them overlooking the pool).

The large communal swimming pool with a children pool section is set in a paved terrace with plenty of space. These lovely apartments are ideal for families with children.

This welcoming villa has been beautifully designed, and it is located off the main road just at five minutes walk to the historical old town of Pollensa.

The villa is in one level. Inside, the house has been designed to a very stylish home with white walls, white curtains and furnitures. Almadrava Ca’n Marquet, is a very pleasant and functional house locales in the country side of Pollença, it has a strategic location three kilometres from Pollença town and three kilometres from the beach, perfectly connected by an easy road to the nearby Puerto Pollença, Alcudia, Formentor and all the northern coast, (as can be seen in the map attach, photo nº 4)

The house, with is typical Mediterranean construction is surrounded by gardens with palm trees and fruit trees, a private swimming pool with a bathroom, large terraces, barbecue, a covered terrace with a large table, (ideal for outside meals), parking space for various cars.

Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort area of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated and within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and all amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas have two storey and vary in sizes, however they are spacious and simply furnished.

Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them are twins. All have lounge dining rooms with sofa beds and fireplaces, kitchen, and sun terraces at the front and at the rear of the accommodation. Moreover the villas have washing machine.

Villa Llobera is a simple and comfortable holiday cottage situated in the lovely area of La Font just a few minutes drive to the old town of Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The house is split in two levels, and it has a lovely swimming pool surrounded with a large lawn area. Inside, the villa is simply designed with white walls, tiled floors, beamed ceilings and wooden furniture.

The main entrance leads straight to the lounge dining with sofas and satellite TV, there is a separate small fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and a cupboard to keep the food and kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen there is a small landing with access to a full bathroom.


At the back of the house we can find two of the bedrooms, one twin and one double bedroom which share a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening onto a side terrace. Upstairs, there is an open twin bedroom which has a slope beamed ceiling.
