This Villa is situated between Alcudia and Pollença in a rural and quiet area. The Garden is beautifully cared for by the owners and has a play area for children. The swimming pool measures 12x5 metres.

Encinares Cala is a great town house in a fantastic location near the beautiful bay of Cala San Vicente. This is a quiet and relaxed resort with pine-covered hills running down to the three beaches and the crystal clear sea. Pollenca itself is also very nearby, just a ten minute drive away.

The house is in a quiet residential area and although is in a building with another two properties this one has its own private swimming pool and terraces.

Inside, the house is light and cool and traditionally Mallorcan. The lounge and dining room is really airy, with a dining table, two sofas and stone fireplace. Double doors from here lead out onto the front terrace views. There is satellite TV, a DVD player too.

Vilaire is a lovely and large renovated townhouse situated in the heart of charming little village of Sineu. It enjoys a very central location with local restaurants, shops and the main square just a short walk away. The house is well decorated and has many original features such as interior stone walls, dark wooden beams and ceramic tiled floors.

The front entrance has large double doors leading into a pretty spacious hallway. At the back of the villa there is a delightful "chill out" terrace furnished with garden table and chairs, lots of pretty flowerpots and a large solarium terrace with a roman style swimming pool. There are lots of spaces around the pool, a relaxing area with sofas and a lovely barbeque for those who enjoy al fresco dining.

Being a village house, there are neighbours either side so it is not completely private but the pool area is very peaceful and shops and restaurants are only a short stroll away. The nearest beach is placed in Can Picafort.

The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The property is set in an exclusive complex in Costa De La Calma, nestled between Santa Ponsa and Paguera and about ten minutes drive to each place. There are two bedrooms each with twin beds, and there are 3 extra fold up beds, two to fit in the larger bedroom and one to fit in the smaller bedroom, although I always recommend these for children and not adults. There are two bathrooms, both which have recently been completely refurbished, the larger one has a bath, walk-in shower, toilet and twin handbasins. The smaller one has a walk-in shower, toilet and handbasin. Bedrooms have air-conditioning for summer and heating in winter. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a large roof terrace with a BBQ area, plus work surface, sink, fridge, tables, chairs and sunloungers. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs, plus tv with most freeview channels in english, plus small hi-fi system, table and chairs and table fans. There is a coin operated telephone, and this can of course receive incoming calls.

Delightful one bedroom apartment, situated in the quiet residential area of Siller in Puerto Pollensa, neighbour to Apartment Alexia, yet less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of the resort and to the beach. Porto Bello is a modern comfortable apartment, air conditioned, tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped to a high standard with balcony overlooking the pool. One double bedroom with a full bathroom with bath and shower. Bright lounge diner with sofa bed. TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washing machine. Pleasant terrace with sun all day. Central heating for the winter. There are lovely gardens with community swimming pool and covered parking space, but no car is needed as the apartment is within walking distance of all the facilities.

Beautiful farm with old "house figueral" reformed Mallorcan air in a magnificent rural environment that continuously encourages relaxation and enjoyment. Very near the town of Pollença and easy reach of many beaches. The house, very comfortable, has 4 bedrooms two with double bed and en suite bathroom and two double rooms, spacious and full of light. The well equipped kitchen with appliances suitable for any discerning chef. Dining area and small sitting room for tea or watching TV. The exteriors are gorgeous with three very broad terraces perfect for reading, snack or even riding bikes and lawn area with swing fresh teak house in the afternoon. You have umbrellas, cushions and chairs at your disposal. The pool is perfect, with a new system of purification by salt, great for sensitive skin and children. It has a deep progressive steps of work that ranges from 40 cm to 1.90 m. From the pool you can enjoy incredible views of the bay of Pollensa. The barbecue is fully equipped to cook there all summer, stove, dishwasher, sink, fireplace and table (old table workshop on buns, with lots of history ...) for 20 people.
