Puerto Pollensa lies on the north of Mallorca. Originally was an old fishing village that has retained its old charm and character. You will find a number of local bars, restaurants and shops along the marina as well as at the main square. The numerous restaurants serve a wide variety of local, national and international cuisine.

There is a long sandy beach ideal for children where you can do a wide variety of water sports activities. There is a wide promenade leading all way along to the pretty and well known Pine Walk.

Close to Puerto Pollensa lies the Old town of Pollensa which is ten minutes drive inland from the cost. Here you will find narrow streets, a pretty square and old architecture.

Port de Pollensa has become a popular destination in recent years as it has retained its unspoilt intrinsic charm and character from the days it was a small fishing village. You will find a wealth of locally owned bars, cafes, restaurants and shops grouped around the marina, with lovely views across the wide, sheltered bay. There is a long sandy beach and a pretty Pine walk stretching from the Marina along the sea front to the Hotel Illa dOr at the far north of the resort.

DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM PALMA AIRPORT TO VILLA BOI CIFRE

BEFORE STARTING YOUR JOURNEY, PLEASE ADJUST YOUR TACHOMETER TO 0.
From the airport follow the signs for PALMA; this will lead you on the Ma 19 motorway. Take the second exit turnoff (exit 3) in the direction of ANDRATX / INCA. This is the Ma 20 (Via de cintura). At the kilometer point 5.9 take the exit number 3 marked VIA CINTURA and ANDRATX, continue along this road following the sign for VIA CINTURA OESTE. At the km 8.6 take exit 3B towards INCA and PORT DÂ’ALCUDIA (not Pont dÂ’Inca). You are now on the Ma13 motorway and you must continue heading for INCA / PORT DÂ’ALCUDIA. At approximately 49 km you must take the Nr. 40 exit (this is the turnoff for POLLENSA / SA POBLA). At the exit roundabout, please set again your tachometer to 0. Take the Pollença direction (third exit on the roundabout). You are now along the Pollensa main road. Continue along here for approx. 9.5 km and you should come to the first entrance to Pollensa old town. Continue past here and you will see a Ford garage on your left which also marks the second entrance into Pollensa old town. Carry on along this main road and you will arrive at the first roundabout in Pollensa (with a big cockerel statue in the middle). At the roundabout take the third exit marked for PORT POLLENSA. Carry on along this road until you reach another roundabout (MOBLES MESTRE PACO FURNITURE SHOP IS ON YOUR RIGHT HAND SIDE). St the roundabout take the first exit marked for PORT POLLENSA and carry along this road driving slowly, since at approx. 400 meters you have to turn left into a very narrow tarmac country lane (there is a no exit sign). Carry on along this narrow lane for 300 metres and turn left onto a very narrow dirt track and the villa Boi is at the end of this track and on your right hand side.

The front door will be closed and the key will be in the lock in the INSIDE of the door.

Please note that you should not enter the villa before 4:00 p.m and that the departure day, the villa must be left before 10:00 a.m.

Villa Negri 2 is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. In the ground floor we can find a comfortable living/dining area, furnished with sofas gathered around a coffee table and a Satellite TV. The living accommodation gives the villa a traditional air, with its wooden beamed ceilings sloping overhead and pale tiled floors. There is dining table with chairs to seat six people, which is conveniently located just next to the galley kitchen, and open plan stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft on the first floor. The living/dining area has air conditioning available to keep you cool. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. It comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob/oven and fridge/freezer and has an exterior door which leads directly out onto the pool terrace – perfect for daytime access to cool drinks in the fridge. Also on this level are the three bedrooms of this villa. The master double has a dark wooden bed and its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, WC and wash basin. There are two further bedrooms which both have twin beds, and these share the separate shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom for your convenience.

As for the first floor, it really is a mezzanine. Open plan wooden stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft space, where you will find a sofa bed. This gives you the option of extra sleeping space, or is a pleasant hideaway for teenage children hoping for a little privacy.

Outside there is a covered terrace where that offers cool shade from the midday sun and is a lovely place to take advantage of the villas barbecue and dine outside on the warm summer evenings. The villas private pool is rectangular in shape and has integral steps leading gently into the water. A lovely feature of the pool for families is the separate paddling area which is ideal for cooling off toddlers! Sun loungers and parasols are provided for you to enjoy a little sunbathing. The garden itself has numerous carob and fruit trees as well as a number of shrubs, flowering plants and other trees. From the garden the Mallorcan countryside spreads out in a pastoral vista in front of you, and completes the tranquil and comfortable picture of Villa Negri 2.

Villa Font March is set amongst fragant pines and holm oaks in the lovely and popular area of La Font, close to Pollensa old town and just a few minutes drive to the beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

This idyllic Majorcan style villa is compact and has basic furnishings. Through the front terrace the main door leads to the lounge dining area, which has an open fire placed in one corner. There is also a small separate open plan kitchen, and to the left two steps leads to the sleeping area where a twin and a double bedroom share a full bathroom. The exterior offers wonderful terraces overlooking the swimming pool and the holm-oak wood which surrounds the whole house.

Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and superb mountain views.

The villas open plan living/dining area is a delightful and welcoming room with terracotta tiles underfoot, exposed ceiling beams and walls painted in traditional white. Two comfy sofas are grouped around the fireplace at the mid point of the room which has a raised hearth and large chimney breast. The television with some satellite channels and a DVD player is nestled in an alcove under the stairs. There is an oval pine dining table with seating for six and a traditional wooden sideboard and corner dresser. At the far end of the room, an arched doorway leads into a small corridor with a door to the covered terrace and pool garden.

The kitchen has latticed wooden units, an eye level microwave, an oven and gas hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There are smart granite worktops and the room is attractively decorated in white and blue with gingham curtains at the window, above a small breakfast table.

Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are decorated in a simple Mallorcan style with tiled floors, white walls and traditional wooden furniture. The rooms also have beamed ceilings and shutters at the windows. They share the use of a separate family bathroom with a bath and overbath shower, WC and twin washbasins.

A wooden staircase leads from the living room to a galleried upstairs sitting room which is a great place to curl up with a good book or enjoy a few quiet moments over a cup of coffee. Leading off this area is another full bathroom and a spacious twin bedroom with lovely views across the surrounding area.

In the outside area, the swimming pool is situated to the side of the house and has a slightly raised paved surround and a sunbathing area set with sun-loungers for your party. Beside the pool is a covered dining terrace, ideal for al fresco meals cooked on the barbecue. Parts of the garden are laid to lawn with plenty of space for children to play and there are neat hedge borders giving privacy and some natural shade. PICAROL GRAN - DESCRIPTION


From its uncrowded countryside setting, CÂ’an Picarol enjoys wonderfully open views towards the mountains of the Formentor Peninsula and the Alcúdia promontory. What makes its location even more desirable is its proximity to the sea, for it is just 800 metres from here to the narrow sandy beach that runs almost the entire length of the Bay of Pollença.

The house itself is compact but very comfortable, offering ideal accommodation for couples and smaller families. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room.

Internal wooden stairs lead to the first floor, that comprises of a comfortable lounge area. Furthermore there is a master double bedroom, complete with a furnished veranda, ideal for private sunbathing, the bedroom features a private WC and a spectacular open plan bathroom, complete with power shower and Jacuzzi bath for two persons, from here an enormous picture window overlooks the beautiful open countryside. All bedrooms have been fitted with air conditioning.

Outside the superb swimming pool, complete with Jacuzzi, and added feature of a built in jet, which allows you to´swim on the spot!, takes pride of place to the rear of the property within the large garden. Well furnished terraces and a brick built barbeque compliments this area for those informal meals al-fresco. The lawns and tropical gardens are quickly maturing and will male living and relaxing out there such a pleasure.
