This charming, traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.

There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.

On the ground floor there are two lounge areas, one with satellite TV and DVD, and another separate seating area. The owners have kept many original features including stone flooring in most of the ground floor. The kitchen has vitroceramic hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer and the washing machine is located outside.

At first floor level all the bedrooms are located. There are two twin bedrooms and one double room sharing one full bathroom and one shower room with toilet. There is a further shower room with toilet outside by the barbecue.

The outside pool area has a covered terrace and a built-in barbecue with sink area for those who enjoy al fresco dining. The pool itself is an usual triangular shape.

This Villa is situated between Alcudia and Pollença in a rural and quiet area. The Garden is beautifully cared for by the owners and has a play area for children. The swimming pool measures 12x5 metres.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms complete with Air Conditioning. 3 of the bedrooms are double rooms and the other bedroom has a single bed and another pull out bed. There are 2 bathrooms, Barbeque, and large covered terraces. The house is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, TV, DVD, bed linen, and pool towels.

There is an annex to the main house, with its own kitchen, lounge area, double bedroom, and full bathroom, this annex also has its own covered terrace area. Should you wish to rent the whole house including the annex (Maximum occupancy is for 10 people) there is a 20% increase on the advertised price.

This charming stone farmhouse lies in the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the glorious coastline. Tucked away in the heart of the Pollensa countryside - amongst similarly traditional villas and farmhouses - this Mediterranean villa has been designed for carefree summer living. Vilaire is a lovely and large renovated townhouse situated in the heart of charming little village of Sineu. It enjoys a very central location with local restaurants, shops and the main square just a short walk away. The house is well decorated and has many original features such as interior stone walls, dark wooden beams and ceramic tiled floors.

The front entrance has large double doors leading into a pretty spacious hallway. To the right a door leads to the lovely and sizable lounge dining area totally equipped with sofas, flat screen satellite TV and a large solid wood dining table with chairs. To the left of the hall way another door gives access to the large stainless steel kitchen, which has all mod cons with large gas top and oven, fridge/freezer, cooking utensils, dishwasher and many other items needed in a self catering holiday house. On this part of the house there is also a laundry area, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. There is also a toilette with shower.

From the lounge, lovely stairs gives us access up to the sleeping area; all the bedrooms are named after the five islands of the Balearic Archipelago. The bedrooms comprises of five bedrooms, three of them are en suite. There are two further toilets to use and one full bathroom too. All the bedrooms are painted in different colours, and all have wardrobes and TV without satellite. Four bedrooms are double and one is twin.

At the back of the villa there is a delightful "chill out" terrace furnished with garden table and chairs, lots of pretty flowerpots and a large solarium terrace with a roman style swimming pool. There are lots of spaces around the pool, a relaxing area with sofas and a lovely barbeque for those who enjoy al fresco dining.

Being a village house, there are neighbours either side so it is not completely private but the pool area is very peaceful and shops and restaurants are only a short stroll away. The nearest beach is placed in Can Picafort.
