This charming, traditional, rustic style Mallorcan house is ideally situated on the outskirts of the town of Pollensa, affording lovely mountain views but within walking distance to the shops and centre of the town.

There is a nice outside terrace and patio garden from which to enjoy the mountain views towards the valley of Ternelles.

This Villa is situated between Alcudia and Pollença in a rural and quiet area. The Garden is beautifully cared for by the owners and has a play area for children. The swimming pool measures 12x5 metres.

The house consists of 4 bedrooms complete with Air Conditioning. 3 of the bedrooms are double rooms and the other bedroom has a single bed and another pull out bed. This charming stone farmhouse lies in the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful Mallorcan countryside not far from Pollensa and just a short drive from the glorious coastline. Vilaire is a lovely and large renovated townhouse situated in the heart of charming little village of Sineu. It enjoys a very central location with local restaurants, shops and the main square just a short walk away. The house is well decorated and has many original features such as interior stone walls, dark wooden beams and ceramic tiled floors.

The front entrance has large double doors leading into a pretty spacious hallway. To the right a door leads to the lovely and sizable lounge dining area totally equipped with sofas, flat screen satellite TV and a large solid wood dining table with chairs. The property is situated in a rural location along a narrow country lane off the road leading to Lluc, approximately 4 kilometers from the old town.
The location is extremely peaceful, where the only disturbance is the gentle sound of sheep bells in the background. The lane serves only one other property beyond the farmhouse. The outlook is across private farm land towards the woods and mountains beyond.
Constructed over one hundred and fifty years ago as a traditionl farmhouse the property was subject of substantial refurbishment fifteen years ago, which included the installation of a simmingpool, the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen and separate laundry and outside a shower room. The main entrance leads to a hallway and pleasant dining lounge area and to the new kitchen at the rear of the property. Off the hallway are three double bedrooms and a passageway leading to the bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a complete bathroom. Villa Barcares is a lovely semi detached villa close to El Barcares beach, between Puerto Pollença and Alcudia. The property is in an amazing spot in a quiet area and not far from the lovely historical Alcudia old town.

This is a traditional farmhouse-style villa surrounded by colourful Mediterranean gardens. The villa is within walking distance to the beautiful historic town of Alcudia; therefore car hire it is not essential. The nice closed beaches are also within walking distance, which makes the villa ideal for families with children who want to be in the countryside but not far from all the amenities. The villa is designed in traditional style with tiled floors, white walls and Mallorcan dark-wood furniture.

The lounge and dining room has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, a DVD and a stereo. Double doors lead out onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. Domingo Gran is a great villa with beautiful gardens. Its location makes it easy to make the most of the whole area around Alcudia.

A simple and comfortable holiday cottage outside Puerto Pollensa. Can Oliver is a good base for a holiday, it is just located at the back of the main rood between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. The villa is on one level and it has a lovely pool and views across the mountains. Villa Piedra is a wonderful Majorcan semi detached country house placed in the beautiful area of Boquer, very close to Port Pollensa and its beaches. The villa has been renovated as a holiday home and the work has been done with a great sensitivity to the buildings` original design and decoration.

The great mountains at the back make a dramatic backdrop; the villa is cool and rustic with thick stone walls, high beamed ceilings, and original tiled floors. There is some beautiful antique Majorcan furniture here, some of it original to the house.

On the ground floor there is a spacious rustic lounge and dining room, which is reached by an exterior doorway. The kitchen combines traditional design with the latest fittings such as electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Double doors lead out onto the barbecue area and exterior terraces with views of the mountains beyond. One exterior full bathroom is also situated near the barbecue area.

The bedrooms are all upstairs and they consist of two twins one (of them with an en suite full bathroom) and a double bedroom. A further full bathroom completes this upper level of the villa.

The garden and pool are really well designed. Stone sun-terraces run round a rectangular pool with plants pots around it. The views from the pool area are amazing, overlooking the whole resort of Port Pollensa.

Villa Piedra is a really wonderful farm house with lots of historic character. It is a lovely place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday with a group of friends or family. It is in some of the most impressive countryside on Mallorca and so it also makes a good base for walking, bird-watching, sketching and cycling. The historic town of Pollensa is also just a 10-minute drive from here, and the beach and sea at Puerto Pollensa at only 10 minutes walk.

Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with lovely views to the bay of Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty six luxury villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

Villa Niu is located on the old road between Pollensa and Cala St Vicente and is on walking distance to Pollensa. It has pretty private gardens and very nice mountain views.

The Finca Son Oliver is a rustic farmhouse built in the XVIII century, which was restored and preserving his old style and structure. The house was an old winery with cellar where you can find an old feeder for the animals, the old dairy with its appliances and the old garage where they kept in the old horse carriages. Also the house has a big and well kept garden for take a walk and on the main facade you see an old sundial.
Son Oliver lies in the southeast of the island, at 3km from Felanitx and 10km from Manacor, the second biggest city of Mallorca, famous for the pearls and furniture industry.
Visit the town of Felanitx on Sunday morning and take a walk to the typical market. Visit the Parish church Sant Miquel (1551 – 1603) and the hermitage of Sant Salvador, from where you can enjoy nice views to the interior of the island. The sanctuary of Mare de Déu de Sant Salvador is situated in the mount of Sant Salvador (494m). At the top of the mount you find a Christ Statue (1928) and next to the mountain you have “El Picot” with an impressive stone cross (1957). In Felanitx you have shopping possibilities and a great variety of restaurants and bars.
The nearest beaches are at 15km.

Botana is a popular complex of twelve semi-detached villas in the resort of Cala San Vicente, conveniently situated within just a short stroll to the sandy coves and resort amenities.

These semi-detached villas are reached via a track and are built on a hillside around a large swimming pool. The villas are all two storey and vary in sizes, however spacious, and simply furnished.

Each villa has either two, three or four bedrooms, all of them twins. All have combined lounge dining room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, and sun terraces to both the front and rear of the accommodation. Moreover, the villas have washing machine.

Villa March has a good location near the beaches of Cala San Vicente, a quiet and relaxed resort just a few minutes drive to Pollensa old town.

This simple three storey villa is cool and traditionally Majorcan. The lounge dining room has air conditioning, a dining table, two sofas and a stone fireplace. Double French doors lead out onto the front covered terrace which has steps down to the garden and swimming pool area. There is also a satellite TV and a DVD player. There is a brand new kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob and an electric oven.

A corridor from this level leads us two of the bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. With just a short stroll to the beaches of Cala Barques and Cala Molins this villa offers peace and tranquility and it is ideal for those who do not feel to hire a car although a car is always recommended. Because the accommodation is split in three levels it is not recommended for guests with walking difficulties.

Villa Moderna is a modern villa placed in the lovely area of Cala San Vicente with nice contemporary design and spacious rooms. Inside, the villa is spacious with lots of glass windows and views to the pool area and across to the mountains. It is an easy and relaxing villa full of light and space.

The lounge is a long room with pale marble floors and colourful sofas. Glass windows overlook the shaded wood floor terrace. There is a modern fitted open plan kitchen with lots of storage spaces and appliances including an electric hob/oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a large fridge/freezer. There is also another table and chairs.

On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom which has also access to the outside terrace and pool area with an en suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and another full bathroom.

An open iron staircase gives access to another large lounge area with French doors opening onto the balcony with lovely views to the pool area. The rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are also located on this floor.

Outside there is a great wooden table and chairs and itÂ’s a relaxing place to eat and drink. The swimming pool is long with wood paving all around. ItÂ’s a good choice for a relaxed holiday close to the sandy cove beaches and other amenities.

Location

The Villa Na Penyal is localizated in the foot of a mountain with maravellous sea views, very near of Cala Millor in the northeast of the island. It´s ideal starting point to go hiking. You can reach Son Servera within 2km and here you can find good shopping possibilities and various typical restaurants and bars. Take a walk on the tipical market on Friday morning. At 500m you reach the beach of Cala Millor and at 2 km the beach of Costa de los Pinos all of them sandy beaches.
The nearby touristy area of Cala Millor, Cala Bona, Sa Coma and S´Illot offers a lot of international restaurants, bars and nightlife entertainment. You can find sandy beaches in those areas too. During the summer various kinds of water sports can be practised there. Around Capdepera, Canyamel and Son Servera are situated some excellent golf courses.
The villages Arta and Canyamel invite you to visit their historic centres and experience the real Majorcan life in one of the typical bars and restaurants. Another place to visit is the "Caves of Canyamel" where you can see one of the highest freestanding cave columns, the "Reina" and Caves of Drach.

Finca Rafal Antic is set in a very tiny hamlet with just four houses and enjoys complete privacy combined with total seclusion and serene calm. The actual finca has been painstakingly restored over the last decade to now provide a home full of charming natural ambience. Approached from the main entrance off the leafy country lane is the beautiful cobblestone courtyard leading to the studded oak door and archway.

The cobblestone floors, inner stone walls, terracotta tiles and the oak beams add a true character to this delightful farmhouse. Majorcan double wooden doors open into the entrance hall, to the rear of which we find the dining area which has double doors opening out onto the rear terrace and pool area. To the right of this area we find the classical style kitchen with original stone sink, electric oven/hob, dishwasher and microwave. The fridge/freezer is located in the dining area and the washing machine in the exterior utility area by the pool. To the right of the entrance a doorway leads into the split-level and refreshingly open plan living/lounge area, which has original stone-wall features and decorative fireplace. The internet connection is located here. A doorway leads into a corridor; to one side is a full bath shower room and stairs lead up to a second comfortable lounge area which has Satellite TV (BBC 1, 2 and ITV), DVD player and large windows offering stunning views across to the mountains. On the ground floor and to the left of the entrance hall there is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Stairs from the dining area lead up to the rest of the sleeping accommodation which comprises of three twin bedrooms, one which boasts original stone seating area and access to a private terrace. There is a further seating area which is an ideal place for a spot of quiet reading. One of the twins has an en-suite shower room. The other two share a bathroom on this level.

The kidney shaped, swimming pool gently slopes into the crystal clear waters and is surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces and a lawned area. One very special feature is the flagstone terrace with quiet seating areas shaded by ancient trees and here you can totally relax. The original garden casita now houses the brick built BBQ and covered dining area, where you can enjoy romantic candle-lit evening meals.

Villa Madona is a simple Majorcan house situated just 500 metres to the centre of the pretty village of Buger. The villa was built in two levels, on the ground floor there is a lounge area with a fire place and rocking chairs. From here a door leads onto a large dining area with a solid dark wood table and chairs, from here another door gives us access to a lovely fitted kitchen with plenty of storage space and totally equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave and a fridge freezer.
