This beautiful and very impressive manor house is a unique property set in a fantastic location in the North central part of the island. Panoramic views can be enjoyed over open, rural and un-spoilt countryside from all parts of the property.

Sa Capella with its marble tiled floors, original antique furnishings throughout, and beamed ceilings is full of grand charm, elegance and character yet is relaxed, spacious and comfortable.

This mansion is set in an old private estate with mature shrubs and lush vegetation in an extremely private and secluded position. It has 9 bedrooms: 7 of them are in the main building, and 2 others in an annexe.

Villa Luisa is a lovely cosy house situated in the residential area of Crestatx just a short drive to Pollensa old town and its beaches.


The main door gives us access to the lounge dining area with an open plan kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. Large glass doors are opening onto the lovely shaded terrace that overlooks the large swimming pool and the gardens.

Inside, the house is in modern Majorcam style with white walls, high beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors on the ground floor. The main doors gives us access to the
spacious lounge dining area with TV satellite and an open plan small kitchen separated by a breakfast bar. The dinning room has a wood burning stove and an original fire place together with comfortable sofas. The kitchen includes a ceramic hob, electric oven and a microwave as well as many other household items.

Stairs are giving us access to the mezzanine area where the double bed and the full bathroom are located.

The villa Luisa is ideal for couples and located not far from the Puerto Pollensa beach and the old town of Pollensa.

Villa Negri 2 is a comfortable family villa set in the heart of the Mallorcan countryside. In the ground floor we can find a comfortable living/dining area, furnished with sofas gathered around a coffee table and a Satellite TV. The living accommodation gives the villa a traditional air, with its wooden beamed ceilings sloping overhead and pale tiled floors. There is dining table with chairs to seat six people, which is conveniently located just next to the galley kitchen, and open plan stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft on the first floor. The living/dining area has air conditioning available to keep you cool. The kitchen is modern and fully fitted. It comes equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, hob/oven and fridge/freezer and has an exterior door which leads directly out onto the pool terrace – perfect for daytime access to cool drinks in the fridge. Also on this level are the three bedrooms of this villa. The master double has a dark wooden bed and its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, WC and wash basin. There are two further bedrooms which both have twin beds, and these share the separate shower room. There is also a guest cloakroom for your convenience.

As for the first floor, it really is a mezzanine. Open plan wooden stairs lead from the dining area up to the loft space, where you will find a sofa bed. This gives you the option of extra sleeping space, or is a pleasant hideaway for teenage children hoping for a little privacy.

Outside there is a covered terrace where that offers cool shade from the midday sun and is a lovely place to take advantage of the villas barbecue and dine outside on the warm summer evenings. The villas private pool is rectangular in shape and has integral steps leading gently into the water. A lovely feature of the pool for families is the separate paddling area which is ideal for cooling off toddlers! Sun loungers and parasols are provided for you to enjoy a little sunbathing. The garden itself has numerous carob and fruit trees as well as a number of shrubs, flowering plants and other trees. From the garden the Mallorcan countryside spreads out in a pastoral vista in front of you, and completes the tranquil and comfortable picture of Villa Negri 2.

Finally, we have to point out that villa Negri 2 is close to another villa called Negri 1. These are two different, independent properties, that have their own privacy, but they are a good choice for large groups of people.

Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with astonishing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury semi-dettached villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace, which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard.

It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. We do not recommend this villa to those with walking difficulties.

PICAROL GRAN - DESCRIPTION


From its uncrowded countryside setting, CÂ’an Picarol enjoys wonderfully open views towards the mountains of the Formentor Peninsula and the Alcúdia promontory. What makes its location even more desirable is its proximity to the sea, for it is just 800 metres from here to the narrow sandy beach that runs almost the entire length of the Bay of Pollença.

The house itself is compact but very comfortable, offering ideal accommodation for couples and smaller families. An attractive corner fireplace and quality soft furnishings make the lounge particularly cosy and the open plan kitchen is well equipped with a modern, stainless steel cooker and a traditional stone sink. Traditional Mallorcan fabrics make the two twin bedrooms especially pretty and naturally the villa also has a complete bathroom.

Villa Negri 1 a offers a comfortable accommodation laid out on two levels, with the living accommodation on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper level.

In the ground floor there is a comfortable living area with sofas gathered around a coffee table and facing the roomÂ’s television, which has some satellite channels, as well as a DVD player and stereo. This room has lovely wooden French windows which lead directly out onto the pool terrace, and have delightful views of the surrounding countryside. The living/dining accommodation of the villa has the added advantage of being air conditioned for your comfort.

The dining area has a lovely dark wooden table and six chairs for your party to take advantage of the good self catering facilities on offer and dine in. Conveniently located nearby is the villa’s beamed kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped. Here you will find a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a breakfast table and chairs – useful for feeding children those early morning meals.

The first floor is where you will find the villas three bedrooms. The master room has a double bed, and there is a further double room, which has twin beds placed together, and the final room is a twin. There is air conditioning in the double/twin bedroom. There is a separate bathroom which all these bedrooms share, which is equipped with a bath, wc and wash basin.

The pleasant exterior of villa Negri 1 is a lovely place to spend time under the sun. There is a private pool with integral steps which is set into paved terracing and there are sun loungers and parasols for your sunbathing pleasure. DRIVING INSTRUCTIONS FROM PALMA AIRPORT TO VILLA BOI CIFRE

BEFORE STARTING YOUR JOURNEY, PLEASE ADJUST YOUR TACHOMETER TO 0.
From the airport follow the signs for PALMA; this will lead you on the Ma 19 motorway. Take the second exit turnoff (exit 3) in the direction of ANDRATX / INCA. This is the Ma 20 (Via de cintura). At the kilometer point 5.9 take the exit number 3 marked VIA CINTURA and ANDRATX, continue along this road following the sign for VIA CINTURA OESTE. At the km 8.6 take exit 3B towards INCA and PORT DÂ’ALCUDIA (not Pont dÂ’Inca). You are now on the Ma13 motorway and you must continue heading for INCA / PORT DÂ’ALCUDIA. At approximately 49 km you must take the Nr. 40 exit (this is the turnoff for POLLENSA / SA POBLA). At the exit roundabout, please set again your tachometer to 0. Take the Pollença direction (third exit on the roundabout). You are now along the Pollensa main road. Continue along here for approx. 9.5 km and you should come to the first entrance to Pollensa old town. Continue past here and you will see a Ford garage on your left which also marks the second entrance into Pollensa old town. Carry on along this main road and you will arrive at the first roundabout in Pollensa (with a big cockerel statue in the middle). At the roundabout take the third exit marked for PORT POLLENSA. Carry on along this road until you reach another roundabout (MOBLES MESTRE PACO FURNITURE SHOP IS ON YOUR RIGHT HAND SIDE). St the roundabout take the first exit marked for PORT POLLENSA and carry along this road driving slowly, since at approx. 400 meters you have to turn left into a very narrow tarmac country lane (there is a no exit sign). Carry on along this narrow lane for 300 metres and turn left onto a very narrow dirt track and the villa Boi is at the end of this track and on your right hand side.

The front door will be closed and the key will be in the lock in the INSIDE of the door.

Villa Alexandria is built into the hillside overlooking the valley which leads up from the sea at Cala Molins and accessed by a steep dirt track drive.

Bonaire is situated in the North of Mallorca in a small residential area between the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia. There is a harbour with bars and restaurants and a local supermarket, several beaches overlooking onto the Pollensa bay. The old town of Alcudia set within its old walls ruins its only 15 minutes walk.

Villa Bonaire is a lovely house situated in the residential area of Bonaire near Alcudia town and just a short walk to the small beaches of the area.

Stairs situated at the front of the house gives us access to the main entrance of the house where there is a small hall area, to the left of the hall there is a large lounge dining area with doors opening to the spacious and furnished terrace balcony. A door gives us access to the new fitted kitchen totally equipped with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher etc. the kitchen has also access to the balcony terrace and to another rear terrace also with exterior furnishings and completed with a canopy to prevent the heat during the day. There is also a shower room in this side of the house.

To the right of the hall, we can find the sleeping area, the bedrooms comprising of two twins and one double all with fitted wardrobes and sharing a full bathroom.

La Taverna is set amongst extensive gardens hosting an abundance of plants and shrubs with a spacious lawn area surrounding the private swimming pool.

Situated in midst of the beautiful Majorcan landscape, only a few kms from Pollença old town, this charming house is ideal for a quiet family holiday. The atmosphere in the house is homely and relaxing with typical Majorcan furnishing, including several pieces of antique furniture. Simply one of our favourites! Situated in a delightful rural location and on an enormous plot of land this three bedroom villa, completed in 2006, is only a few minutes drive from the historic town of Pollença where many restaurants and pavement cafes can be enjoyed.  

Set on two levels, this attractive accommodation is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. The ground floor comprises of a spacious twin bedroom, with en-suite which is accesses from the shaded front terrace. The front door leads to an inner hall, where another attractive twin with double doors that open onto pool and garden can be found, there is also a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and microwave, this leads towards a roomy dinning room.

Philosophy: Búger was founded in 1451 and has some 910 inhabitants. The traditional things from Búger are its sheep bells and its famous handmade wooden spoons. A place dedicated to economic activities such as sheep farming, almonds and cereal crops. The old flour and water mills can still be seen. Majorcan “frito”, paellas and fish are some of the dishes you can enjoy from our traditional cuisine. The Fundación ACA offers poetry recitals and Majorcan music at their conservatory.
