Auch für die Liebhaber des Segelns, haben wir ein DART Katamaran in einer der wenigen "außergewöhnliche unberührte Strände der Insel" (Colonia St. Jordi) dass nach vorheriger Reservierung und wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, kann er von uns begleitet zu genießen, wenn nötig. In dem Dorf Puigpunyent können beide Tätigkeiten in vollem Kontakt mit der Natur zu genießen, wie wenn man mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Grundversorgung (Kirche, Fußballplatz, Tennisplätze, Postämter, Supermärkte, Sportzentrum Pool, etc.,.). Dies ist ein privilegierter Ort für seine Eigenschaften am Fuße des Tramuntana-Gebirges, die die Insel Mallorca Kreuze und Leichtigkeit Verschiebung an einer beliebigen Stelle der Insel. With its three double bedrooms and two complete bathrooms offers a comfortable accommodation for a maximum 6 people. Inside, it is of a modern style, totally equipped and furnished with top quality furniture and offers air conditioning thorough the apartment. There is a bright large living area with a lounge-diner and an open plan kitchen. From the living room, large sliding glass doors open onto a lovely covered terrace which has lovely views over the beach and is furnished with a dining table, chairs and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco meals.

A wonderfull spacious six bedroom semi dettached villa in extensive lawned gardens, just a short drive from Pollenca old historic town with it`s pretty narrow streets, quaint shops and array of superb restaurants.

Set back down a long private driveway from the country lane, villa Bella offers us a lovely garden, nice swimming pool and a fantastic terrace at the front of the villa.

We are happy to present this new, cosy two bedrooms villa situated in the Can Puig valley, just at 10 minutes drive to the historic old town of Pollensa.

Through the gated drive and into the villa the main door is under the front covered terrace, which leads direct to the lounge dining area. This area has lovely rustic furnishings and a comfortable fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and modern appliances such as a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, gas hob and a large fridge/freezer. The lounge is equipped with one sofa and two easy chairs, satellite TV, DVD player, a wood burning stove and a CD player.

A small corridor gives us access to the sleeping area. The bedrooms comprises of one twin and one double bedroom sharing a beautiful shower room. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

Outside, the villa is equally beautifully designed and furnished. There is a large covered terrace at the front of the house and a lovely built in barbeque for those who enjoy al fresco meals.

All the cafés, shops, and restaurants of Puerto Pollença are within a few minutes` walk from the apartment, and there`s a supermarket very near too. The sea is just a five-minutes walk away too, so you can easily spend the whole day on the beach of Puerto Pollença`s beautiful sweeping bay.

Estades Petit is a smart and comfortable family villa located in lovely countryside along the road to the beautiful, small resort of Cala San Vicente. The property is in a very private place off a country lane near Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Both the historic old town of Pollensa and the beaches at Puerto Pollensa are just a five minutesÂ’ drive away.

The house is on two levels with lots of light and airy spaces. The rooms are large, cool and bright with whitewashed walls, spotlights, open beams, and with lots of pale wood and neutral furniture. Through the entrance hall there`s a comfortable lounge with two sofas, satellite TV and a DVD player. An arch way leads to another lounge with sofas and double glass doors that opens onto a sun terrace with views to the swimming pool and gardens. The kitchen is a really spacious room with lots of storage and workspace plus a table with chairs. It is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave etc.

There are three bedrooms: a double bedroom and two twin rooms. All the bedrooms are comfortable and have fitted wardrobes. One double bedroom and one bathroom with shower are located at first floor. The two twins are located on the ground floor and one has an en suite shower room. There is also another further full bathroom. The bathrooms are beautifully sparkling clean with new fittings in white and pale colours.

There is lots of well-designed outside space at the villa too, with a roman style swimming pool surrounded by lawn and sun terraces with sun loungers. A shaded front terrace with comfortable chairs is also a bonus. A built in barbecue completes the exterior of the house.

This is a really welcoming and stylish villa with lots of relaxing spaces for a holiday with family or friends. It is in a good location in the pretty countryside between Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

This lovely rustic stone villa is lying on the slopes of the Puig de Maria hill and enjoys a magnificent scenic location. A private driveway leads to the villa and its gardens. Lots of outdoor lighting here and a built-in barbecue turn this area from a daytime sun-trap into the perfect place for eating outside on warm evenings overlooking the fantastic town of Pollensa and its famous Calvario hill.

Inside, the villa is spacious and simply furnished with tiled floors and white walls. For a couple or a small group of friends, Villa Coster Moragues is a great place. The views from the lovely pool and terraces here make this an atmospheric house. And because itÂ’s also so close to the old town of Pollensa, restaurants, pavement cafes and shops are just a five-minute walk away.

Cel Gotmar is a fantastic semi detached villa in a complex with astonishing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa. The complex comprises of twenty five luxury semi-dettached villas and all are sharing three different swimming pools which are split in different levels.

The front door leads straight to the open plan lounge dining area with glass doors opening onto the fantastic front terrace, which is completely furnished and has stunning views to the Pollensa bay. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and an electric hob. A staircase leads up to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. These comprises of two twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom and one double with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, and the property has been decorated in a very high standard.

It has to be pointed out that the driveway to this complex is steep and windy and that each villa has parking space for one car only. We do not recommend this villa to those with walking difficulties.

Villa Estades Gran is a characteristically Mallorcan family villa, just five minutesÂ’ drive from the old town of Pollensa. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with citrus trees, tall palms, olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There is a lovely family-sized pool here too with a sunbathing terrace and lots of lawn space.

Inside, the villa is simple and practical with whitewashes walls, traditional furniture and tiled floors. In the lounge and dining room there is a comfortable seating area with sofas, Satellite TV, a DVD player and a stereo/CD player. There is also a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings on autumn or spring holidays.

The kitchen is small and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven. From the kitchen a door leads to the back of the house where there is a fantastic well designed barbecue area that overlooks the swimming pool.

There are three twin bedrooms and one double. The twins are sharing a bathroom with full bath, and the double bedroom has its en suite shower room. All the bedrooms are bright with white walls and tiled floors, and are simply furnished.

There is lots of outside space at Estades Gran, as well as lovely gardens, a covered terrace and a lovely swimming pool. There is also an extra shower bathroom near the utility room. Moreover, there is lots of car parking space on the drive at the front of the house.

Estades Gran is a lovely family villa with such a lot of well-planned garden space. It is also really practical for families with small children.
