Description of the chalet

Beautiful detached villa situated at 5 miles from Pollensa old town. It has a 1000 square metres plot, walled in with automatic gates. 4 double bedrooms ( three with large and comfortable double beds and one with bunk beds). 1 en suite bathroom plus 2 shower rooms (one ensuite). Bright lounge-dining room with wood burner stove and also with TV, DVD player and satellite channels. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a central island. Oil central heating as well as air conditioning hot and cold throughout.
Open and covered terraces with a dining table and a gas BBQ. The swimming pool is 9 x 4.2 mtrs, with overflow pool 9 x 1.2 mtrs which is ideal for paddling. The swimming pool is all fenced so very safe for children. Landscaped garden with a large grassed area ideal for children playing. Sunbeds and garden furniture are available for guests.
