Beautiful bungalow situated in the peaceful residential area of Can Singala; near the well known Illa dÂ’or Hotel and only 100 metres distance from the famous Pine Walk of Puerto de Pollensa.

The house has been totally restored keeping its original charm & character but offering all modern conveniences. The accommodation consist of 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms where 6 people can sleep comfortable. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The two twin bedrooms are sharing a shower room. All bedrooms have electric fans.
New totally equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven and gas hob.
Nice and bright lounge diner with a comfortable sofa, satellite T.V and french windows leading to a good size terrace and private garden. The terrace itÂ’s furnished with a dining table and chairs being ideal for al fresco meals. Barbecue available in the garden area.

You do not really need a car . A bus stop only 50 metres from the villa will allow you to visit the beautiful beaches of Formentor, Alcudia and Puerto de Pollensa. You will find supermarkets, bars and shops within an easy walk.
